PHOTOGRAPHIC HOURLY FEES:

• Models: $125 to $150 per hour.

• Children: $50 to $75 per hour.

Lingerie/underwear: Twice the hourly rate per hour. Closed set required.

FILMING - TV COMMERCIALS AND INDUSTRIAL FILMS:

SAG/AFTRA Union Actors: Standard union fees apply. Signatory required.
If combined with a photo shoot a waiver may be available.
Non-Union Actors: $70 per hour, minimum three hours.

DAY RATE BOOKINGS:

Are eight consecutive hours between 9AM and 5PM.

OVERTIME RATES:

Apply to bookings before 9AM and after 5PM - time and one half.

TRAVEL FEES:

Apply to models working outside of their Home Base (HB) booking area. Double click on models thumbnail photo for additional photos, sizes and HB. Check with Agency on models fees.

PREPARATION TIME:

Make-up, hairdressers, rehearsals, etc. - full fee.

WEATHER PERMIT BOOKINGS:

Client must specify weather permit at time of booking, or full fee charged. Same day cancellation - full fee charged unless same models rescheduled at time of cancellation.

TENTATIVE BOOKINGS:

Must be released within 48 hours of the booking or it will be considered confirmed.

TEST SHOOTING:

No usage except for self promotion for the photographer and model. All usage to be negotiated with agency.

CANCELLATIONS:

Confirmed bookings are subject to a full assignment cancellation fee, if cancelled less than 48 hours.

USAGE:

The above quoted rates are for time booked only. The standard models release permits a twelve month use of the photography. No photographs or images can be used for any purpose until invoice is paid in full. Bonuses must be negotiated prior to booking for use on television, in national consumer ads, on product packages, point of purchase displays, billboards, light boxes, hang tags, posters or websites.

BONUS FEES:

Check with agency.

BUY-OUT:

Usage over 12 months check with agency.

MAKE-UP ARTIST/HAIR STYLIST:

$75 per hour or $400 per day.

TERMS:

Net 10 days. 20% Agency Accounting Fee added to all gross billings. A finance charge of 2% per month will be applied to all invoices not paid within 30 days. Failure to make timely payment requiring legal action shall make client subject to payment for interest, costs and reasonable attorney's fees for collection.

No release is valid until payment in full is received by McCullough Models.
